If you have problems with your wedding tape or DVD please contact us and we will help or if damaged we will replace it. Our tapes, cases and DVD media come with one year warranty against any manufacturer defects. We can not warranty any media against user related damages or against abusive usage of it. Any tape brought back for replacement has to have the manufacturer seal intact. Any sign of abuse or tempering with the seal should void the warranty.

Please remember that the current DVD system is not 100% compatible with all the players and though our wedding DVD should be played by most modern DVD players and drivers, still some old DVD players may not recognize them. If you run in such problems of DVD not being accepted by the player, please contact us and we will find a remedy.

For International Conversion Program we can accept tapes in any TV system S-VHS or VHS. We can convert them in any international TV system but only on VHS tapes. No copyrighted material should be copy or reproduce in any way without a written approval from the material producer. For more information about international TV systems, click here.
